On today’s show, I am joined by Octavia Conner, a Virtual CFO and Accountant whose goal is to turn six figure entrepreneurs into millionaires. She talks about how she used her skills to step out on faith and launch her business. Although she had ups and downs, she has learned in her own business (and by teaching other businesses) how to maximize profits. Every business owner, side hustler or those who may be standing on the fence, need to take a listen. It’s a another good one.

* Octavia used her experience as an accountant and the gifts God gave her to step out on faith and launch her business. It was not easy. She made a few mistakes (as we all have done), but here are a few tips she gave during the podcast that will help any business succeed in its first stages:

   1. Create a 12-month Strategic Plan 

     2. Save at least 6-12 months of expenses prior to launching the business

     3. Get a bookkeeper who can manage the business’ Financial Management System
