I was so excited to have this guest on Episode 13–the hubster, Antwain Turner. He is not only my husband and father to our three boys, but he is a man who wears many hats and wears them well. He is the Chaplain, Athletic Director, and head varsity football coach at a private, all-boys’ school and he is also an elder and youth pastor at our church. He is passionate at what he does and wants to change the lives our of young people by encouraging to love God and walk in purpose. Today we will be talking about how our family is trying to build and leave a legacy of faith, family, finance and fearless living. I hope you enjoy.

Deitra is a Parenting & Heart coach and she teaches parents how to communicate effectively, efficiently and get to the heart of your kids by using faith based principles. She is a graduate of Spellman and holds both a Bachelor’s & a Master’s degree and is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I learned a lot about what to do and even what not to do when parenting and give some tips on “doing it afraid” when it comes to launching a business. *It’s important to not just look at behavior modification when trying to guide our kids, but get to the heart of the matter.

*Leaving a legacy is not just what you leave to them, but what you leave in them. Having family time, teaching them the Word while still being intentional on having fun is incredibly important.
